cuppaTOC2
cuppaTOC2 is a folder-based tree menu navigation applet that can display a
large number of content lines in a compact browser space without the need for
scroll bars. Content items can span upto two lines. Frames-based
navigation with an option to specify the targetframe for each content item
is supported. An icon image can be optionally specified for each content
item. The applet reads data from the applet tag. Usage
- A basic example for
the applet is shown in the left frame of this page. The data for this
example is read from the value of the applet param TOCDATA.
- Single-click on the 'doc' item to
display the document. Single-click on the 'folder' item to
open/close. Note that when a folder item is clicked only the contents of that
folder is displayed. This feature enables presenting a large number of
content lines in a compact browser space without the need for scroll
bars.
- A background image can be optionally specified.

TestDrive
If you are
interested in testing this applet locally, here is the zip file,
cuppatoc2_try.zip (28K). (NOTE: When you click on this link you might see a new page
containing the actual download link). This version can display upto
1000 content lines with the first content line displaying "cuppaTOC2 Info".
The registered
version of the applet has no limits to the number of content lines.
